PIQF–The Modern Quilt Competition
The Plaid Portico is finally backĀ and first off this year we will have long overdue coverage of theĀ Pacific International Quilt Festival in Santa Clara, CA. We’ll start with aĀ 1st installment of the Modern Quilt Competition, with this year’s theme of “Mid-Century Mod”. After that, there will be selections from the Wall category and the World Quilt Competition.
Pacific International Quilt Festival, Part 4, Wall Category
Just had a grand time on Monday with the Monterey Peninsula Quilt Guild and Back Porch Fabrics in Pacific Grove. Ā Nice place to visit and I WOULD like to live there! Great people, beautiful store. Thanks so much for inviting me! Ā And now we can continue the coverage of the Pacific International Quilt Festival 2014 with my selections from the wall category.
